Finding Normal and Gayla Downey of Grateful Heart Yoga invite you to join us for this all skill-level, trauma-informed yoga class designed to help you safely connect to your body through breath and movement. This gentle practice focuses on increasing self-awareness and responding to your body with compassion in a safe, supportive environment. You are encouraged to support your body's needs by moving as little or as much as you like, and choosing which movement variations are most comfortable in your body. Ages 16+
