Groups & Workshops
Group therapy and workshops at Finding Normal provide an alternative to individual therapy, which isn’t for everyone at every stage of their healing process.
Group Therapy
Groups can be a great option if you aren’t able to afford individual therapy, want to be around people who understand what you’re going through, or want to supplement your individual therapy.
